This is a activity monitoring diary that blends traditional pacing without the over-complicated and laborious maths with polyvagal informed nervous system attunement. The idea of monitoring in this way is to develop greater awareness and intuition of when is safe to push a little and when is a good time to ease off or find gentler alternatives.
