A short 10 minute guided practice led by Dr Sula Windgassen for cultivating a sense of compassion and using it to create a sense of safety, calm, warmth and connection in the body. 

Compassion has been shown to be the "antidote" to empathic distress (what we hear termed "compassion fatigue"). This practice helps us to delineate a sense of compassion from overwhelming experiences of empathic distress.
