Compassion when in a flare

This guided audio helps you to interrupt negative thought loops about being stuck in flares, with no hope of getting better. The practice is a compassion practice to activate particular networks in the brain that enable us to shift emotional experiences, connect with ourselves and decenter from automatic narratives. All of this helps to soothe high arousal in the nervous system. 

As with any practice, it is a practice not magic switch. You learn just as much from what is difficult in the practice from what works and helps. I always recommend journalling after using this practice at least on a few occassions.
