That fuzzy, foggy head feeling can automatically elicit a physiological anxiety response, making brain fog stick around and worsen.
This practice guides you to bring up that sense and helps your body to habituate to it so your nervous system isn't too reactive and you can have a better chance of utilising the executive control centre in your brain (prefrontal cortex).
