What happens when your body starts surprising you? How do you begin to understand what is happening and work out what to do next?

This is not another 'health hack' podcast. How We Really Feel examines the interplay between your biology, your psychology and the social experiences that shape your health in rigorously researched and fact-checked conversations with experts and inspirational people navigating health journeys.

The first season is focussed on bladder and pelvic health, in partnership with Convatec Continence Care.
