All of these make it feel too overwhelming to tackle. The effect is feeling stuck in a cycle of pushing yourself hard and feeling exhausted and depleted.

Therapy is crucial for many to help with this. Access is tricky between waiting times and pricing.

When I work with clients, the beginning steps of therapy is establishing fundamental foundational knowledge and developing skills. Only then are we ready to delve into the other stuff.

That's what led me to create this programme for people with chronic stress and illness, to feel whole-bodied people again. Safe in your own skin, able to connect with joy & not running to escape difficult feelings.
